Dear Parent/Carer,
Due to the time of year, please see attached a letter reminding you of the procedures for the closure of school in the case of any extreme weather (or other circumstances).
Our number one priority is to keep school open, but we have to also ensure the safety of all members of our school community. This can sometimes lead to unavoidable school closures whilst the school site is made safe.
Within the letter is a link to a form which we would like you to complete regarding arrangements for the unlikely event that we have to close school during the school day. We would be very grateful if you would complete this form as soon as possible so that we can have plans in place.
